rage ina cage

I went to "Friday Fight Night" ....on Friday.
It is like amateur UFC fighting.
WAY WAY amateur.
I know nothing about UFC fighting. Other than they are in a cage.
And they fight.
I think I last watched any sort of fighting on TV, it was of Hulk Hogan.
And his shirt ripping.

I went with my friend Lucas.
And met up with Michelle and others.
I felt bad because Lucas had to explain everything to me.

This drawing sucks....but I didn't feel like adding tons of detail.
Basically they are in this cage and they wrestle around.
It goes on for 3 rounds. and each round is 90 seconds long.

Some of the matches took up all the time and the winner won based off points.
Other rounds were over in 2 punches.
Either way it was awesome. All of it was.

My favorite part of the whole night was people watching.
I am a people watching freak.
This is the basic uniform of every single male in attendance.

They all looked like they have been injecting steroids into their eyeballs for far too long.
It was a little much.

I'm surprised anyone even talked to me.

All of you who received my maniac texts from this night can probably imagine this image of me.
I was high. On local amateur UFC style fighting.

Valentine's Day....because, February

I have really uninteresting opinions about this specific holiday. I like it and hate it all at once. It's very confusing. Valentine's Day pros: Chocolate everything. I'm not a huge chocolate person, but if you want to feed me chocolate covered raisins/peanut butter/strawberries/bread, I probably will put it in my mouth. It's on a Wednesday this year. Hump day. Beautiful. I get to buy cheesy valentines for my friends and family. It's not like I can find WWE related stationary at Walgreens all year round. I have to take advantage while I can.  Gives you a reason to get a skanky hotel room with a hot tub in it. Never did that, but it sounds awesome.  I like making a big deal about dumb stuff...especially if it gives me a reason to drink prosecco with frozen berries in it.  Valentine's Day cons: For some reason, I am convinced I will receive an enormous edible arrangement. This has yet to happen. I'm not sure I even want it to, but there you go.

an uncomfortable clothing choice

For some unknown reason, Jorts have been the topic of many conversations lately. Jorts = Jean shorts. [GUEST NOTE: "Jorts” – a combination of the words “jean” and “shorts” – are used to describe the somewhat hideous attire often sported by NASCAR aficionados, Green Bay Packer fans, men over 40, and men who probably ought to be over 40.
